Kensington Palace

This was once a small, suburban villa known as Nottingham House. In 1689 William and Mary chose it as their country retreat. Over the years Stuart and Georgian monarchs transformed it into a fashionable home. It went on to be the home of Queen Victoria and more recently Diana, Princess of Wales.
Amongst the may things to see are the State Apartments, the Jewel Room, The King’s Gallery and the Palace Gardens.
Equally, you may wish to arrange your own day out.
To leave Station Road car park, Devizes at 8.30 and to leave London at 4.00. Please note that the drop off and pick up point will be the Euro car park coach park in Orme Square Gate. This will mean there is a 10 – 15 minute walk to Kensington Palace
