The Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Devizes & District U3A will be held on Tuesday 26th Oct 2021. The format of the meeting will be decided nearer the date but will be in accordance with the government guidelines current at the time of the meeting. Any resolutions which you wish to be placed before the meeting should be given to me, or sent to me by email addressed to , to arrive by 24th Sept 2021. The agenda, minutes of the last meeting and accounts will be published on the website at least 21 days before the meeting. Members wanting a printed copy of any of these documents should apply to the Secretary by email to or can download them from the members’ section of our website.
Nominations for committee members should be submitted to the Secretary by email to by 12th October 2021 on the form, which can be downloaded from the link below or obtained on application to , or via the Contact Us form on our website.
