“Wine is one of the most civilised things in the world and one of the natural things that has been brought to the greatest perfection, and it offers a greater range for enjoyment and appreciation than, possibly, any other purely sensory thing.”
Ernest Hemingway, Death in the Afternoon.

We are comprised of two groups who meet monthly on the third or fourth Wednesday of the month, from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm., in members homes. See Newsletter for contact details.
Our 2020 season is now well underway with a superb start to the year when we sampled Champagne. Yes, a truly wonderful start. February brings us to a comparison between the right bank and the left bank of the Rhine and in March we have The Best of British. In April we have another bold move when we do a comparison of Organic Wines. We do try to be innovative and imaginative and, generally speaking, I think we succeed.
Regrettably, both groups are full at present but vacancies do occur. If you wish to be added to our waiting list please contact me.
