Chris worked as an accountant in London until 1990 when she moved to Wiltshire and discovered a love of gardening. She obtained some gardening qualifications and spent the rest of her working life employed as a part time accountant while working the rest of the week as a self-employed gardener/garden designer. She has been semi-retired since the end of 2021 and joined the U3A mainly for the walking groups, but now also enjoys the Coffee and Cake, Art Appreciation and Garden Visits groups. Chris helps out with the U3A bookkeeping and year end accounts.
