Jane moved to Devizes 36 years ago after a year living near Toulouse with her husband and young family; an almost random choice of town which she has never regretted. She retired 15 years ago after 20 years as PA to the Headmistress of St Mary’s School, Calne. Joining the U3A a year later encouraged new interests – walking, art, table tennis – and a new ‘career’ on the Committee encouraging our many dedicated Group Leaders.
