Friday Walkers

We currently meet every Friday at Byron Road around 9.20am for a 9.30 start or car share where possible. Those members living near a particular walk can go there directly. Walks are between 4 and 6miles long with a coffee break around half way and maybe a lunch stop on longer walks (we may even stop off for a pub lunch!)

Our recent walks have been around the Cherhill Monument, Old Wardour Castle / Donhead St Andrew, West Woods to see the bluebells, the St John’s parish boundary walk and Hilperton to Whaddon.

Our latest programme is currently being produced and will be made available soon. New members are always welcome to join our friendly group, however, please note everyone is expected to lead a-walk occasionally. One of our members, Peter, would be more than happy to help choose a walk.
