November’s meeting was a talk given by James Harrison, a Trustee of Windrose Rural Media Trust which collects and preserves old films on Wiltshire Somerset and Dorset. The group was shown some of these films focussing on Devizes and Urchfont.
The films dated back to 1911 and thus before the days of sound! James has lived in Devizes for much of his life and would welcome any questions you have.
