Every Wednesday in the Southbroom Centre Hall.
We are a small group, size limited by space, but have room for two more members.  Gentlemen need to bring a mat and small cushion.
Other equipment is provided. Stretching and exercises are designed to increase mobility and maintain our strength as we age.
